欧莱斯pp系列油墨是采用进口原材料及颜料经技术中心反复测试调制而成的pp免处理高性能油墨，油墨墨层柔软度好、富弹性、耐磨损，对于未处理pp料通用性好，具有_耐热油、耐汗液、高抗刮性、高耐醇、高耐磨、耐水煮、流动性好，可丝印和移印等特点。

【基本性能】

承印物：未处理的半透明pp水杯、印刷后自干24小时测试检测项目测试方法、条件测试结果酒精测试用加载500克力的粘酒精（99.7％）棉布来回平推100次不露底附着力测试百格法：划1mm×1mm #格 用3m胶纸以90度直角剥离5次无脱落耐摩擦用加载500克力的普通橡皮来回平推100次不露底耐火机_油用加载500克力的粘机_油棉布来回平推30次不露底耐水煮100℃煮1小时仔细观察，印刷字体和图案颜色无变化【使用说明】

网板：250—350目聚脂丝网印版胶刮：建议使用65-80度聚氨酯胶刮参考用量：300目网板印刷约为35㎡/㎏选用稀释剂  _：s-91丝印稀释剂  _、s-81移印稀释剂  _网板清洗：选用有_机_溶_剂  _清洗（如：洗网水）

【干燥条件】

自然挥发干燥：表干5分钟，完全干燥48小时或者烘烤85-100℃ 40分钟（烘烤温度较高时，可适当减少烘烤时间）pe料、尼龙料、有_添加口水杂料或有_蜡层的pp料建议烘烤附着性更佳。

【固化剂  _】

对pe料和部分杂料之pp料，可能会出现附着力差等现象，可选用本公司ppa-34处理剂  _擦拭或添加t-2m固化剂  _10％进行加温烘烤，以增强其附着力。

【注意事项】

1、塑胶产品具有_多样性，材料外观相似但可能是不同的材料，建议做好测试再进行印刷

2、对于表面张力较小的材料，可先用pp处理剂  _或火焰处理法对底材进行处理后印刷，这样可以提高油墨的附着力。

3、该油墨属于慢反应固化型油墨，测试附着力必需在印刷后24小时以上再进行测试。

4、pp油墨显酸  性，用于移印时，如果油墨长时间浸泡覆盖钢板可能对钢板有_轻微的腐蚀。

5、银色、金色建议低温（10℃以内）保存，在常温下保存的时间相对较短，一般不超过1个月。
